Refund Policy

Cancun All Inclusive, travel agency, acts only as an intermediary agent for passengers. Its function is to arrange services provided by airlines, bus operators, train operators, transport operators in general, hotels, tour operators and / or any other independent firm. Cancun All Inclusive has no control over these companies, so in all travel arrangements our agency acts on behalf of our customers, organizing on their behalf the means of transport, accommodation or other tourist services required, so we do not assume responsibility in case of accidents, losses, damage, delays, inconvenience or any other irregularity that may be caused by defects of any vehicle, or through situations of omission, carelessness or negligence of any company or person contracted by them, to perform or carry out any service or part of tourist service offered, as a result of acts of vandalism, strikes, wars, government actions, weather conditions, or any other factors involving additional expenses arising from delays, changes of itineraries or other causes. All prices and rates are expressed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, until payment has been made and proper confirmation of availability. The prices and rates of the tourist packages are per person, on a double occupancy basis in a standard room in all hotels and include services, transfers, indicated excursions, specialized guides and entrance tickets (unless different conditions are specified). Itineraries are planned with great care although, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the order of activities in the itinerary, or the specified route, and although such cases may be rare, the itinerary in general should only be assumed as a basic guide. Payment Policy Our payment policy, in the case of individual passengers, requires our services to be fully cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival of the passengers, unless different conditions are specified. In the case of groups, our payment policy obliges that our services must be totally cancelled 25 days before the arrival of the group together with the list of passengers, unless different conditions are specified; any modification to agreed services or the contracting of new services once the trip has begun, will be paid directly by the passenger or may, in case the agency accepts it, be charged to a credit card.

The accepted weight limit on domestic air flights and ground service is 20 kg. (44 lb.), free of extra charge. The passenger is responsible for their luggage and any claim for loss or theft must be made directly to the transport operator.

Obligations
In the event that any service cannot be provided due to an error, failure or direct fault attributable to the service operator, the service operator will use its best efforts to provide a solution of equal value to the service not provided. In the event that a service equivalent to the service not provided cannot be provided, it will be reimbursed at the actual price of the service, excluding any consequence, indirect costs or any other cost associated with the non-performance of this service. Any claim regarding any service not provided during the trip will only be accepted if it is made, in writing, within 7 days after the end of the trip.
